Refund policy
Get your skin or get a refund. 100% of the time. If we can't deliver something you paid for, you get your money back for it. Here's exactly how that works.
If we can't deliver an item, we refund it
Sometimes an item can't be gifted. For example:
- It leaves the Item Shop before Epic lets us gift it to you.
- Epic refuses the gift. It always does if you already own the item, or any item in a bundle.
When that happens, we tell you and refund that item in full. We can also swap it for another item from the current Item Shop at up to the same V-Bucks price. The swap or the refund is your choice.
How refunds are paid
We refund the price you paid for each item we couldn't deliver, and deliver the rest of your order as normal. If nothing in your order can be delivered, we refund the whole order, including the processing fee and the small order fee.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
What we need from you
- Accept our friend request, and stay friends with our delivery account until your items arrive. Epic's 48-hour wait starts when you accept.
- If you skipped signing in, give us your exact Fortnite username.
When we can't refund
- Items we've already delivered. Once an item is gifted to your account it's yours, and Epic doesn't let gifts be returned.
- Orders we can't deliver because you didn't accept our friend request, unfriended our delivery account, or gave us a username that isn't yours, when you haven't replied to us within 30 days of your order to sort it out.
Talk to us before you dispute a charge
If something's wrong with an order, message us first and we'll fix it. If you dispute a charge for items we delivered, we'll send your bank our delivery records.
